I was going to put together another holiday playlist and upload it like I did a few years ago, but I don't have enough Christmasy songs (that I care for) to make a solid offering anymore. But, whatever, I have something better: VIDEOS.

I've watched these Christmas specials every year since I was kid. They're my absolute favorites. I've encoded them into HQ MP4 video files (H264/AVC/AAC) at a 420x272 resolution 'cause that's just how I do lately.

Rocko's Modern Life is total win. I wish they would release the entire series on legit DVD. Ugh. Anyway, Rocko looks for some Christmas cheer in O-Town and befriends an elf while Mr. Bighead is a douchebag. Good stuff.

By the way, the quality of this isn't terribly great because I converted it from a poorly encoded AVI file. Make sure your volume is low when you start it because the audio is heinously loud.

I'm sure everyone's seen the Grinch at some point, but if you've never had the chance to see the Garfield and Rocko's Modern Life specials, I highly recommend them. Happy holidays, friends!

A small lot of anime singles I bought off of eBay last week arrived today (from lol, magicalgirl's store). I swore I'd never buy another 3 inch single from magicalgirl after receiving a broken Haunted Junction single due to poor packaging a few years back, but I couldn't pass up a lot like this - for $7, even! They arrived, thankfully, intact, if not a little dirty and warped from water damage. The discs are in good, playable condition, though, and that's what counts. Especially in order to rip them~

I doubt any of these singles would be new to anyone, but I thought I'd post them up since there aren't that many nice CD quality rips of them floating around the interwebs right now. Who wants to get nostalgic?

I also decided to start a regimen of uploading music. I've always wanted to do a music journal but was too much of a lazy ass to start one. Well, not anymore! I'm going to use the fraction of my ass that isn't lazy to post up whatever I'm finding interesting at any given moment. I'll also rip fun things from my CD collection because lol, it's enormous and full of wtf-win.

All kidding aside about how funny German sounds, the music and lyrics translate very well and the performances are outstanding. Willemijn Verkaik is an amazing Elphaba.

The Little Voodoo Network has a fresh new layout featuring Ayumi Hamasaki yet again. I was considering scrapping this at first since I've already used Ayu in about four hundred million previous layouts for Voodoo, but I felt too accomplished to let it go after I successfully recreated one of her arms with a brush tool. You've gotta pat yourself on the back like that sometimes.

Also, Gorgeous Little Things has been given a complete motherfucking revamp. The lyrics and discography have been reformatted, most of the content has been updated or rewritten, and the whole site is generally much more easy to navigate now. Thank god.

Now I'm off to get some nums. NUMNUMNUMS.

Little Voodoo has a sugary new layout! What could be a better way to welcome the upcoming holiday than with a lovely doujin image of a trap following a dunce? Nothing, I say.

themicesaid has a new layout, too, because this is the week in which I think everything around me is ugly and needs to be changed.

After a few months poking at it here and there, I've finally finished revamping my Yuko Sasaki site! YAY. OMFG YAY.

New things include:

- New name!
- Crappy layout! It's the first design I ever did on my mac, alright? ._.
- Everything has been completely rewritten and updated with new things that I've learned since I last wrote a bio for Yuko.
- Streaming music~~~
- Plum Planets lyrics! I also put up the official english lyrics from the Peace & Quiet booklet just because they're so engrishtastic.

I also moved the site to a new directory because of the name change, and plunked Yuko's fanlist and the PURE SNOW fanlist into it as well.

So now everything is organized and full of pretty! Hooray.

Anyway, there's a point to this entry: The Moka fanlist has a new layout and name! Whoo. It also has a new media section containing all those icons I made earlier this year, plus some shiny new wallpaper that I spent three hours making yesterday. More Moka icons will come when the new season starts next month, and possibly a few essays about how intricately written the storylines and dialogue are for the anime. LUL. No, it'll just be the icons.
